Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Assist in setting up and performing basic welding operations under supervision. * Learn to read and interpret simple blueprints and isometric drawings. * Perform basic welding operations (e.g., tack welding, basic SMAW/GMAW) under supervision * Set up and maintain clean welding stations and equipment * Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations. * Follow strict safety protocols, participate in team safety meetings. * Keep accurate work logs and assist with project documentation. Education and Experience * High school diploma or GED required. * Vocational/technical welding training preferred (enrolled or completed). * No prior industry experience necessary; internships or hands-on practice are a plus.
