It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end addiction’s cycle across generations. The Bluestem Program Supervisor position is a master’s-level role, with a license preferred, that combines clinical and case management responsibilities as well as program development and oversight. Key aspects of the position include: Ensuring a safe environment for youth, families, and staff Overseeing the assessment of youth and family needs and the implementation of services and resources Providing ongoing supervision, scheduling, and training to the Program Clinicians, Case Managers, and Overnight Staff Acting as the Rendering Provider for all clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with all documentation standards Connecting with community partners to build resources for families Empowering youth and families to make and sustain positive changes and safe environments This role is ideal for someone who wants to blend their clinical skills with program development and oversight skills while having a meaningful impact on the well-being of youth, families, and their communities. Starting Unlicensed Master's Degree: $70,660 Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $73,660 Starting Master's Degree Bilingual: $78,660 Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Mental health clinician with a Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field DORA registration or eligibility to register with DORA is required Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar preferred Experience working in-home and community-based settings preferred Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
