Job Description About the role This is a specialist engineering position focused on the design, support, optimisation and continuous improvement of Cuscal's BMC Helix Platform. In this role, you will; Manage, support and improve the BMC Helix Platform, including Discovery, CMDB and AIOps components Integrate BMC solutions with enterprise technology platforms and operational tooling Drive platform upgrades, enhancements and strategic improvements Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using BMC technologies Partner with vendors and technology stakeholders to maximise value from the BMC platform Qualifications What You'll Bring Extensive hands-on experience administering and enhancing BMC Helix Platform solutions Strong experience across BMC Discovery, CMDB, AIOps and monitoring technologies Experience managing enterprise-scale monitoring, alerting and configuration management platforms Proven success designing and implementing monitoring and automation solutions Experience delivering highly available technology services in medium to large enterprise environments Strong background in process design, governance and continuous improvement Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Additional Information Why Cuscal?
