Description

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and leading a group of individuals to accomplish organizational goals and objectives. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members, ensuring optimal performance, and resolving challenges within the team. Job Responsibilities Conducting regular training sessions for the newcomers. Working as a knowledge hub regarding the system, guidelines and as well as the production process. Manage the SuperQ admin permission for work modification and other cue sheet reset-related matters. Using the cue sheet tracking facility for cue sheet identification and overseeing the Super Q workflow. Responsible for all processing and guideline related doubts clearing of the team members. Have the multiple inbox facility to use the auditing facility of the cue sheets Cue sheet processing but lower capacity due to the other superuser responsibilities. Support the others as a system expert to do their jobs easily. Identify the system bugs and other system-related matters or share ideas for system modifications. Work with the BMI team for new guideline updates or the system issues. Mange the inboxes of the users by assigning cue sheet to the process.
