QUALIFICATIONS

· The BMS Applications Engineer must have a degree
· Must have 5+ years of experience programming Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
· Must have a strong understanding of networking, temperature control systems, and building system integration.
· The BMS Applications Engineer must be proficient with CAD software, especially AutoCAD and Visio.
· Well-versed in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC control principles.
· Familiar with construction practices and methods.
· Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment while independently managing assigned responsibilities.

· The BMS Applications Engineer will develop customized software and graphical interfaces in accordance with company standards.
· Coordinate and manage all software-related activities, including collaboration with external vendors.
· Analyze hardware designs and create operational sequences and control code to meet system requirements.
· The BMS Applications Engineer will write, compile, test, and deploy control application programs for HVAC and integrated building systems.
· Provide support to commissioning engineers during system startup and testing phases.
· Utilize and contribute to standard software libraries effectively.
· Serve as a technical resource for the Service department when needed.
