JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for maintenace and service works
• Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement Preventive Maintenace work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client’s requirement
• Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of Building Management system
• Optimise BMS to reduce overall building energy consumptionProvide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Facility Management
