Role Summary:
The position is for a full-time, on-site BMS (Building Management System) Commissioning Engineer, primarily based in South Wales. The role involves engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting the installation and maintenance of building management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering and commissioning of BMS systems.
  • Troubleshooting issues during installation and maintenance phases.
  • Providing technical support to ensure system functionality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Electrical Engineering Skills: A strong foundation in electrical engineering principles is essential.
  • BMS Programming and Commissioning Experience: Proficiency in programming and commissioning BMS systems.
  • Familiarity with BMS Platforms: Experience with at least one of the following systems: Trend, Siemens, Schneider, or Niagara.
  • HVAC Control Systems Experience: Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with BMS.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze complex systems and devise effective solutions.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Certifications: Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • Additional Requirements: Driving licence and CSCS card Essential.
