RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end to end delivery of BMS scope on construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with MEP/CSA teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure BMS installation and integration align with the overall construction programme. Oversee commissioning and system integration of BMS with HVAC, power, lighting, security, fire alarm and other building services, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements. Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders for all BMS related issues, providing technical guidance and regular progress reports. Common requirements Strong technical knowledge of BMS and building services (HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, etc.). Several years of experience delivering BMS projects, ideally in construction or data center environments, with proven project management skills (cost, schedule, risk). Ability to read and review control drawings, sequences of operation, and commissioning documentation, plus good communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders. Compliance and Safety Ensure all BMS scope on construction projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., BMS, HVAC, PMP) are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS engineering construction & commissioning projects, preferably in a data center. Proven track record of managing BMS installation projects. Strong proficiency in BMS software (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.
