Description:
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a BMS Presales and Design Engineer for a leading client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, estimating, and providing technical support for Building Management Systems (BMS) bids, collaborating closely with the Sales and Project Execution teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and estimate Building Management System (BMS) bids for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on bid estimation and preparation.
- Provide technical and bidding support in coordination with regional technical teams.
- Support the handover process to the Project Execution team.
- Continuously improve bid estimation processes and competencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years in BMS design, estimation, or a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in BMS design and estimation for new and upgrade projects.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Independent, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
