JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for all addition and alteration (A&A) work
• Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement A&A work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client’s requirement
• Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
• Evaluate project requirements and generate feasible proposals for work completion
• Liaise with client’s appointed officer on all issues related to the A&A and project work
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings, point schedule, materials, write-ups, and other necessary items for approval
• Track and manage project progress and submit progress claims
• Lead, coordinate, and execute testing & commissioning works for A&A works with proper documentation
• Conduct site surveys, attend meetings on-site, evaluate installation progress on-siteTo arrange and provide servicing & maintenance works for active sites
