WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with BMS systems (Trend, Delta, Johnson Controls, or Tridium – Trend being most beneficial)
  • Strong understanding of BMS controls, MCC panels, and wiring diagrams
  • Full UK driving license

THE ROLE:

As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising BMS systems across a variety of client sites in London. You will also carry out small works projects, including replacing controllers, modules, sensors, and actuators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct routine BMS service visits
  • Respond to BMS-related callouts (1 n 4/5) and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site
  • Identify opportunities for site improvements and prepare detailed reports
