We have an opportunity for a BMS Service Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in London, where you will be responsible for carrying our planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and small installations of BMS systems with our clients. This is a field based role covering customer sites predominantly within the M25 and some occasional travel outside of the M25 will be required.

Key responsibilities
- Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
- Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
- Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems
- Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with our client base at varying sites
Key skills and qualifications
- Previous experience working with BMS systems and controls with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems
- Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus
- A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
- Ability to trouble shoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
- Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports and build strong customer relationships
