Description Job Summary: BDC Representatives act similar to a liaison between the sales department and prospective customers searching for either a new or pre-owned vehicle. The position is mainly focused on scheduling sales appointments while also supporting other functions of the sales department as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handles guest correspondences with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction; Receives inbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles; Conducts outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles; Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information; Maintain and communicate exceptional product inventory knowledge; Gather and track customer data as directed and accurately enter into CRM; Facilitate timely follow up on internet leads; Employee must be onsite to perform job duties; Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification as assigned. This does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task; Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
