We have a great opportunity to join the experienced and collaborative Parts Team as a Parts Advisor looking after our BMW & MINI Products. What’s in it for you? Work for a premium brand What you will be doing: Handle parts orders from start to finish - receive requests, interpret requirements, and advise on additional needs or pricing. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customers and technicians are kept fully informed. Maintain stock control systems - record movements accurately and store parts securely in line with manufacturer guidelines. Support sales growth by identifying opportunities for additional products and assisting with promotions and marketing initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring the Vines experience is upheld at all times. Keep displays and work areas to the highest standard and contribute to a safe, organised environment. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in automotive aftersales is an advantage, but full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proactive, motivated, and able to work under your own initiative.
