Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and negotiate effectively. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duties when required. Knowledge of core mobile network domains and protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, etc.) is a plus. Conduct daily network audits to ensure stability and performance. Perform regular system backups and maintain data integrity. Collaborate with cross-domain professionals to enhance system functionality. Diagnose and resolve TTs, incidents, and customer complaints. Manage support tickets and liaise with vendors for issue resolution. Document technical findings and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in new project integrations alongside integration teams.
