EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

Complete secondary education or complete higher education

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

A multinational company in the ceramics industry, located in the Alenquer area, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

MAIN TASKS

Advising the company’s management and supporting the various departments
Providing secretarial services and assistance with legal matters relating to the company
Preparing communications, reports, letters and other documents
Handling local or corporate documentation and reports
Managing mail and meeting rooms
Organizing and managing trips and visits
Managing contracts and contacts with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
Organizing national and international corporate events
Participating in meetings at home and abroad
