We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee. The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices. Opportunities for career growth within a supportive and dynamic organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. Data collection utilizing Central Reach. Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours Billable hour requirement for part-time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred). Complete intake and assessments. Parent training. Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors. Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs, QUALIFICATIONS: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification Bachelor's degree 8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain) High emphasis on integrity and ethics Passion for client success Strong leadership skills WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time, hybrid-remote 3 days in person 2 days remote Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings. May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions. Salary $35—$38 USD
