JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts is required.
  • Experience providing in-home and center-based services.
  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.
  • Excellent data collection skills and ability to analyze behavioral data effectively.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies based on individual needs.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior change in clients.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for clients.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral interventions and best practices in patient care.
  • Maintain medical records and documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards.
  • Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and history.
  • Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
