Responsibilities: Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans. Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations. Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team. Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities: An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Requires three (3) years of direct work experience and must be certified in Behavior Analysis.
