Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services, functional behavior assessments, and intervention plans for students receiving special education services and MTSS support in a school in Little Rock, AR. The BCBA will oversee and direct the work of RBTs and behavior technicians, and collaborate with school leadership to implement effective behavior programs. Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students in a school setting. They are also responsible for overseeing RBTs and collaborating with school leadership to refine behavior programs.
