Learning should be effective and fun! Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will play a key clinical and supervisory role in providing top-quality ABA therapy and ensuring the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with clients, their families, and a team of dedicated professionals to provide the highest level of care and support. Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a BCBA Must be authorized to work in the United States In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed to provide therapy and support unless otherwise directed to be telehealth Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths and areas of need Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals Implement evidence-based interventions using the principles of ABA Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes and schools when needed Train and supervise other ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director is readily available and individualized BCBA supervision available upon request Opportunity to make your own schedule Mentorship for newer BCBA's and continued Manage a work/life balance with flexible hours Support from our Administrative, Staffing, and Operations Departments.
