About Us Join our team of BCBAs, SLPs, Administration, and RBTs with special visits from music intervention, pet interactions, and other collaborations to enhance our Therapy Through Play model! Our center considers the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising an NET child-led learning environment and supporting the individual through a variety of approaches. Our early intervention clinics are in Chesterfield, St. Peters, Florissant, Mehlville, and Wright City. Clients attend therapy from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. BCBAs work just four days in the clinic and one day remotely, Monday through Friday, offering a flexible schedule! Responsibilities

The BCBA will supervise ABA implementers, prepare and facilitate staff training, and track the progress of clients on their caseload. They will also complete assessment and treatment plans, maintain documentation, and advocate for ABA services as appropriate.
