Our Fayetteville clinic is growing—and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who’s ready to thrive in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

• Create and oversee customized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and interns
• Offer caregiver training and ongoing support
• Monitor progress through meaningful data collection and analysis
• Lead team meetings and encourage open communication
• Conduct assessments and ensure timely documentation
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and uphold high clinical standards
