Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) Are you a passionate and experienced Behavior Analyst looking to make a difference? Job Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based behavior analytic services to assigned patients Complete individualized assessments for patients Collect and analyze treatment data Create and revise functional goals and programs based on assessments, observations, and evidence-based interventions Complete and submit paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorizations Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Coordinate flexible times with the Branch Manager for behavior consulting services Job Requirements: Active BCBA or BCaBA certification Minimum of two (2) years of BCBA experience Experience in at least one of the following speciality areas: Severe problem behaviors – treatment and development of effective behaviour management programs; willingness to mentor individuals accruing unrestricted supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA certification. ODD and co-morbid diagnoses – knowledge of emotional self-regulation, coercive control, and ABA strategies to avoid with this population. Training – demonstrated ability to train and mentor behavior technicians and RBTs.
