WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Clear In Home Care is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our small family-owned business. This is a management role within our organization. The candidate will write functional assessments and positive behavior support plans for our clients. They will provide training and oversight of the behavior supports provided by direct care staff. The BCBA is expected to actively engage with our clients while performing job duties which include:
· Gathering and organizing data on target and replacement behaviors
· Assessing and measuring the effectiveness of behavior support strategies
· Training and overseeing staff on the implementation of behavior support plans
· Engaging with the client’s support team, such as family members, medical professionals, DDA case managers and other stakeholders
· Participating in, and at times, leading staff meetings
· Completely mandatory training in compliance with Washington State requirements
· Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, autism and skill in collaborating with a culturally diverse team.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
· Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification through the Washington State Department of Health
· Strong organizational skills
· An ability to provide training to direct care staff
· Background clearance with the Washington State authority
· Reliable transportation and a Washington State Driver’s License
