The St. Louis office is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support within a supported living home setting for adults with significant behavioral needs. Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served. Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Maintain a caseload of minimum of 30 billable hours per week. Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change. Create Individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP. Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas. Attend all agency, department, and client specific meetings as directed. Participate in on-going professional training. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy or related field required. Current BCBA License/Certification preferred. Not licensed?
