MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) in good standing
  • Approved Medicaid provider
  • Credentialed with Cigna and Aetna (or willingness to become credentialed)
  • Proficient in English (required); bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Implement behavior-analytic interventions focused on behavior reduction and skill acquisition
  • Ensure full compliance with BACB guidelines and insurance documentation standards
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform clinical decision-making
  • Deliver structured parent training to support generalization and long-term success
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs, including review of session notes and direct feedback
  • Maintain timely, accurate records of all clinical activities and RBT supervision
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure high standards of care and operational excellence
