Description Full-time opportunity for Clinic-based BCBA in our Allentown clinic. ABA Support Services is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and strengthening the lives of children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. ABA stands for “Applied Behavior Analysis” and is the development, implementation, and evaluation of natural environment modifications to promote improvement in social behavior. ABA includes the use of observation, data collection and functional analysis of the relationship between the environment and behavior. Join our team of highly qualified professionals! Requirements Qualified candidates will have: BCBA at the Master’s Level; Maintain certification of your BCBA and LBS. Maintain CAQH and credentialing with insurance companies. Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable. A minimum of 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism, training parents, and supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols. Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems or willingness to learn. Extremely knowledgeable of early learning curriculum and the application of behavioral principles to increase a wide range of functional repertoires. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop, implement, and evaluate natural environment modifications to improve social behavior for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities include conducting functional analyses, collecting data, and supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols.
