What You’ll Do Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs. Write and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect ethical, assent-based care. Coach, mentor, and train RBTs to ensure best practices. Partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress. Collaborate with SLPs and OTs providers to deliver wraparound care. Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet high clinical standards. Build a culture of support, growth, and collaboration. What You Bring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing. Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented. Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
