SUMMARY

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in providing personalized behavioral therapy for children.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • ​Certification: Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • Valid North Carolina State License
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy preferred.
  • CPR Certification

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • ​Proficiency in ABA software for data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct reassessments and help develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collaborate with families and other therapists to ensure holistic support for each child.
  • Analyze data, monitor progress, program modification, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.
  • Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of behavioral analysis.
  • Supervise 6-8 Registered Behavior Technicians
