Description

GUIDE WITH COMPASSION. SHAPE BEHAVIOR. TRANSFORM LIVES.

At ACDS, Inc., we are more than an agency—we’re a community devoted to providing lifetime resources and services of exceptional quality for children and adults with Down syndrome, Autism, and other developmental disabilities.
Our Pelham program is a nurturing, full-day special needs preschool where children ages 3–5 are encouraged to grow, explore, and thrive. Alongside a rich early childhood curriculum, our students receive center-based therapies—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy—all designed to support the whole child. Families are our partners, and we provide training, counseling, and encouragement to help each child reach their fullest potential.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to bring both expertise and heart to our dedicated team. In small classrooms (8:1:2 and 12:1:2), you’ll collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create individualized plans that foster growth, joy, and success.
