Under the direction of the Executive Clinical Director, the Behavior Analyst will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children, in addition to developing programs, behavior intervention plans (as needed), and program monitoring of their caseload.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP): This position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health-related field or a BACB approved degree category from an accredited institution who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD. QBHPs must have a responsible BCBA supervisor, be on their third BACB accredited course, and have started their supervision experience to qualify.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, have completed the BACB coursework in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCaBA).

40 hours work week for full time supervisors.
Employees should be available Monday through Friday 8am-8pm; your hours are subject to flexibility for meetings and cooperation with other clinical staff for after-school hours.
