Role Overview As a BCBA with Discovery ABA, you'll play a key role in supporting children and families across the West Jordan and Salt Lake City areas. You will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Collect and analyze data to track progress and optimize treatment Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Utah LBA certification (required) Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Previous experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician required Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Being fluent in Spanish is a great bonus! 💼 Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses Flexible Schedule: Hybrid work options with in-home and community-based sessions Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage-including secondary insurance for you and your family Paid Time Off & Holidays: Generous PTO package plus paid federal holidays Professional Development: Annual CEU stipend + free in-house CEU courses Retirement Benefits: 401(k) with company match, FSA/DCFSA options Incentives: Quarterly bonuses and referral rewards 💙 Why Join Discovery ABA?
