OVERVIEW:

Seeking mission-driven BCBAs to join our collaborative team. Work with a smaller caseload (8–10 clients) in a supportive clinic setting alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BCBA certification and NC licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience with pediatric autism care preferred; new grads welcome (mentorship program available).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing direct and indirect supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train and support families in ABA strategies.
