POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home Behavioral Intervention Services (BIS) and Parent Training for children with developmental disabilities across Nassau County. As a BCBA with Dragonfly Cares, you’ll play a key role in developing and overseeing ABA programs that make a measurable difference in children’s lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT)
  • In-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
  • Familiarity with data collection tools and ABA software platforms
