Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

  • Excellent Compensation
  • Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
  • Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm M-F
  • Pay: $60-$65

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NJ BCBA license
  • 1-2 years experience working in a school setting

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
  • Design and implement individualized behavior programs for students with a range of needs including autism, anxiety, school avoidance, and trauma backgrounds—emphasizing compassionate, trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency across environments, provide parent education, and support integration of behavioral strategies into the therapeutic school setting.
  • Lead staff training and professional development, particularly in executive functioning, behavioral supports, and trauma-sensitive strategies.
