Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians Qualifications: Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis MUST have current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply) OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong communication and clinical documentation skills *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
