Position Summary As a BCBA with Latitude Therapy, you will oversee the clinical direction of individualized treatment plans, provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful, lasting change. We prioritize ethical caseload sizes, professional development, and a healthy work-life balance.
