Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

New Patterns ABA is looking to grow our team as we are new to the Richmond area. We seek immediate availability for full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with flexible hours that work around you and your client’s schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
