Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed in Columbus, GA. They work on an integrated care model and provide high-quality services to our community. Salary and Benefits The Base Salary Range for this Position is $90,000 - $100,000 $5,000 sign on bonus Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 14 Paid Holidays 15 paid time off days Retirement Package - 401K with 6% match CEU - $1,500 and 3 days off Work / Life Balance Mentorship and Leadership Coaching Responsibilities 100% Center Based M-F, 8-5 Case load: 8 patients Oversee ABA Treatment Plans for Clients Conduct Ongoing Supervision of RBTs on their Implementation of ABA procedures Complete Progress Reports for Clients as Required Conduct Skills and Behavioral Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) Engage in Multidisciplinary Collaboration with Other Service Professionals (SLP, OT, PT, School Teachers) Navigate Central Reach Software for Collecting and Analyzing Data Requirements Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required Desire to Work with Children, Parents, and Other Professionals Newly Certified Individuals Will be Considered
Responsibilities
The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment plans for clients and conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs. They will also complete progress reports and conduct skills and behavioral assessments.
