Description
Description About the Role: We are seeking experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team as remote consultants. In this flexible, home-based role, BCBAs will work within a 75-mile radius of one or more of the following Texas locations: Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, and Longview. You will partner with families and supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) who provide direct in-home services. This is a independent contractor position, offering the autonomy to set your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families via telehealth consultations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs working directly with clients. Deliver direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services as clinically appropriate. Train caregivers and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set by the BACB. Coordinate with internal staff to ensure quality service delivery and clinical integrity. What We Offer: 100% remote consultant position – you set your hours and control your caseload. Competitive contractor rates, paid per billable hour. Flexible schedule and autonomy to manage your professional life. Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client coordination. Opportunities for clinical collaboration and peer support. Requirements Qualifications: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview. Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home visits as needed. Access to a secure and private home office environment for telehealth sessions. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills. Must pass background check and meet any additional state requirements. Professional liability insurance (required for independent contractors). Experience working in home-based or telehealth ABA services preferred.
