Description
School-Based BCBA – Immediate Opening Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join one of our partner school districts. We’re looking for a professional who’s ready to make a meaningful impact by creating positive, inclusive learning environments where every student can reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. As a BCBA, you’ll serve as a vital part of the school’s multidisciplinary team, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and using data to drive effective, individualized support. You’ll collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to align behavioral interventions with academic and developmental goals, ensuring consistency and growth across settings. Beyond individual support, you’ll help strengthen school-wide systems by providing staff training, coaching, and consultation on evidence-based behavior strategies. Your expertise will empower teachers and teams to create classrooms where all students can learn, engage, and thrive. Requirements To be considered, candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred, along with a strong foundation in ABA principles and positive behavior supports. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic educational setting. Benefits Supportive, collaborative work environment. Competitive compensation and benefits package. Ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families. Visit our website at www.clarifistaffing.com for more details.
