School-Based BCBA – Immediate Opening Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a local district to welcome a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their multidisciplinary team. This full-time position offers a meaningful opportunity to create lasting change by helping students build behavioral, social, and academic success within a supportive educational setting. As a BCBA, you’ll conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student strengths and areas for growth, then develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) rooted in data-driven, evidence-based practices. You’ll also act as a behavioral consultant and mentor for school staff—offering hands-on coaching, professional development, and guidance in effective classroom management and reinforcement strategies. Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and IEP teams to ensure behavioral supports align seamlessly with students’ learning goals. By analyzing behavioral data and monitoring progress, you’ll continuously refine interventions to improve outcomes. Additionally, you’ll play a vital part in shaping a positive, inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning and proactive behavior supports schoolwide. Requirements Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
