The Stepping Stones Group (SSG) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager for a school-based assignment in Tucson, Arizona. This flexible hybrid role combines direct service delivery at school sites and remote indirect services. The ideal candidate will be available part time, a minimum of 20 hours per week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Arizona State Licensure in good standing from the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
• Eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates.
• At least 2-3 years supporting school districts delivering behavioral support and supervising staff. Experience engaging with district stakeholders. Prior training in organizational behavior management and leadership of school-based programs preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned school sites as needed.

• Triage behavioral referrals and provide direct support, especially on Tier 3 students.
• Observe classrooms and develop behavioral plans, evaluating and modifying behavior plans and IEP goals.
• Provide on-going training and development of the Behavior Team, which meets weekly, providing expertise and guidance on how to best support students
• Assist with professional development initiatives and PD days
• Attend IEP meetings and writes annual and/or quarterly progress reportsCollaborate with leadership teams and participate in regular check-ins and special projects.
