We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing high-quality patient care and support. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
• Strong skills in patient care, including the ability to assess needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• A compassionate approach to working with children and adults facing behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to provide holistic care.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
