The Arc Western Montana is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will conduct or assist with assessments, design individualized behavior support plans, and support the training and oversight of direct support staff in community, home, and center-based settings. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or a related field Active certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed or license-eligible to practice as a BCBA in the State of Montana Completion of 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider Minimum one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred Must pass a background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, design and modify individualized behavior support plans, and train staff in behavior support strategies across community, home, and center-based settings.
