Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Behavior Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Behavior Specialist provides services to students with significant behavioral and/or social-emotional skill deficits that impact learning. The position supports both special education and, on a case-by-case basis, general education students. Services include conducting assessments, designing and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans, coaching and training staff, collaborating with families and agencies, and promoting positive behavioral outcomes to improve student achievement and independence
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred (active or in process).Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
