POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Subcontractor to join our growing team. This is a contract, hourly position with a flexible schedule, offering you the ability to balance work and personal commitments while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Active PA state licensure (LBS) required.
  • Experience in early intervention, home, school, or clinic settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
  • Collect, analyze, and review data to ensure treatment integrity and progress.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote skill generalization and family involvement.
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation in alignment with insurance and company requirements.
