JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in EBP behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of data collection methods related to patient care and assessment.
  • Familiarity with practice management software, records, and documentation processes.
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively while adhering to HIPAA

EXPERIENCE

  • At least two years as a BCBA. Will consider newer certified candidates with a strong background in ABA
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to patient care and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in applied behavior analysis.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.

  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and best practices in patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
