JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience supporting children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. In this role, the BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and improve quality of life. Collaboration with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary providers is central to ensuring a comprehensive and client-centered approach to care in the home, school, and community settings.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with ABA principles, interventions, and data collection systems.
  • 2+ years experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, or community settings.
  • Proven ability to conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and supervise direct service staff.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to identify client needs and treatment priorities.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in treatment implementation, data collection, and clinical best practices.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior and skill acquisition data to monitor client progress.
  • Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support generalization of skills across home, school, and community environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment updates, in compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support integrated care with other providers (e.g., speech, occupational therapy, educators).
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct in alignment with BACB and company policies.
